Payment Methods
Cash & Debit
We accept cash and debit. Payment is made at the time of pickup. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
We do NOT accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
- Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.)
- Checks or money orders
- Cryptocurrency
Please ensure you bring cash or debit to cover your order when picking up.
Age Verification & ID Requirements
19+ Only for Cannabis
You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase cannabis products. Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all cannabis purchases.
Acceptable Forms of ID
For cannabis purchases from Joe's Smoke Shop, we accept:
- Driver's License (any province or state)
- Passport (Canadian or international)
- Ontario Photo Card
- Canadian Citizenship Card with photo
- Permanent Resident Card
- Secure Certificate of Indian Status Card
ID Requirements
- ID must be government-issued and include a photo
- ID must be current and not expired
- The person purchasing must be the person on the ID
- ID must clearly show date of birth proving you are 19+
- Digital IDs or photocopies are not accepted
No ID, no sale. We strictly enforce age verification for all cannabis products. If you cannot provide valid ID, you will not be able to purchase cannabis products.
Joe's Smoke Shop products (hydroponics equipment) have no age restriction and do not require ID.

Our hours may vary on statutory holidays. We recommend calling ahead to confirm hours before visiting:
Last Call for Orders
We stop accepting new orders 15 minutes before closing time to ensure all customers are served. Please plan accordingly.
In-Store Conduct
To ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for everyone, we ask that all customers:
- Treat staff and other customers with respect
- Do not consume cannabis products on the premises
- Do not smoke or vape inside or near the entrance
- Supervise children at all times (for Joe's Smoke Shop shopping)
- Respect product displays and do not open sealed items
- Follow staff instructions and store guidelines
- Keep noise levels reasonable
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful, or appears to be intoxicated.
Product Inspection Policy
Inspect Before You Leave
Please thoroughly inspect your order before leaving our store. Once you have left the premises with cannabis products, they cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Our staff will review your order with you at pickup. This is your opportunity to:
- Verify all items are correct
- Check product packaging is sealed and intact
- Confirm quantities and sizes
- Ask any questions about the products
If there are any issues with your order, please notify staff immediately before leaving.
Parking & Accessibility
Parking
Free parking is available on-site for all customers. Please park in designated areas only.
Accessibility
We strive to make our store accessible to all customers:
- Ground-level entrance for easy access
- Wide aisles to accommodate mobility devices
- Staff available to assist with product selection and carrying items
If you require assistance or have accessibility concerns, please don't hesitate to call ahead or ask our staff for help.
Photography & Recording
For the privacy and security of our staff and customers, photography, video recording, and live streaming are not permitted inside our store without prior written permission.
Order Pickup Policy
Pickup Timeframe
Orders placed online should be picked up within 7 days. We reserve the right to cancel unpicked orders after this timeframe.
Pickup Process
- Come to our store during business hours
- Provide your name and order information
- Present valid ID for cannabis purchases
- Verify your order with our staff
- Pay in cash
Third-Party Pickup
For Joe's Smoke Shop (hydroponics) orders, someone else may pick up your order on your behalf. However, cannabis products can only be picked up by the person who placed the order, and valid ID matching the order name is required.
Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change. While we strive to keep our online inventory current, items may sell out. We recommend:
- Calling ahead to verify availability for specific items
- Placing orders during business hours for best availability
- Being flexible with product substitutions if items are unavailable
If an item in your order is unavailable at pickup, we will:
- Offer a similar substitute product
- Remove the item from your order and adjust the price
- Discuss other options with you
