1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or making a purchase from our store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase cannabis products from Joe's Smoke Shop. Valid government-issued photo identification will be required at the time of pickup.

By using our website and services, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements for the products you are purchasing.

3. Location and Jurisdiction

Joe's Smoke Shop operates on Garden River First Nation in Northern Ontario. Our business is subject to the laws and regulations of Garden River First Nation and applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws.

Products sold on Garden River First Nation are exempt from Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

4. Products and Services

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our discretion. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Online Shopping Cart

Our online shopping cart is for browsing and order preparation only. Adding items to your cart does not reserve those items. Product availability will be confirmed when you pick up your order.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate product information, we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, images, pricing, and other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to follow our return policy.

5. Orders and Payment

Order Process

Orders placed through our website are requests to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order. After placing an order, you will receive confirmation that we have received your request. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of pickup
• We accept cash and debit
• Credit cards and digital payments are not accepted
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Prices are tax-free due to our Garden River First Nation location

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation.

6. Pickup and Delivery

In-Store Pickup Only

All orders must be picked up in person at our store location:

We do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time.

Identification Requirements

Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at pickup for all cannabis product orders. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Driver's license
• Passport
• Ontario Photo Card
• Canadian Citizenship Card with photo

Order Pickup Timeframe

Orders should be picked up within 7 days of placement. We reserve the right to cancel unpicked orders after this timeframe.

7. Cannabis Products - Special Terms

Legal Use

Cannabis products sold by Joe's Smoke Shop are for legal personal use only. By purchasing cannabis products, you agree:

• You are 19 years of age or older
• You will not resell or redistribute purchased products
• You will comply with all federal, provincial, and local cannabis laws
• You will not operate a vehicle or machinery while under the influence
• You will keep products away from minors and pets

Product Information

Cannabis products contain THC and/or CBD. Effects may vary by individual. Start with small amounts and wait to assess effects before consuming more. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition without consulting a healthcare professional.

Possession Limits

Customers are responsible for ensuring they do not exceed legal possession limits for cannabis products as defined by federal and provincial law.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services:
